Tips:
If your laptop has suffered water damage, don't turn it on, don't hit any buttons, or try to charge it.  Just dry it off as best you can and send it to us right away. Make sure when ordering your repair, that you select the correct Macbook model.

We know how important your laptop is to you, so we will send you an email when your device is finished being repaired and is shipping back to you. We will also provide you with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. When it arrives, you will be required to sign for it. This helps protect you and your laptop. Send your device in and let the trusted pro's  have a chance to salvage it. Once we receive your device at our repair facility, we will run a complete diagnostic test on it, run your circuit board through our state of the art ultrasonic machines. Upon completion, your laptop will be fully tested. If any other parts are damaged, we will locate the problem, repair it quickly, and ship it back to you within 24 hours (unless the severity of water damage warrants longer as stated above).

The water damage repair service includes full diagnostics and ultrasonic cleaning. We strive to fully restore your motherboard with only the ultrasonic cleaning process and majority of the time, no other parts are needed to be replaced in the logic board. In the event that additional parts are needed, they will need to be purchased along with the water damage repair service. We guarantee that the laptop will be in good working condition or functioning properly once damaged parts are replaced.  In the rare case that we can not get your device working, we will provide you with a couple different options.

2) Offer to purchase the device from you, since we can still use some of the parts from it, and we like to recycle. Helping the environment is a definite plus! :-)

3) If the device functions fine, but has one or two minor features that may not be fully repairable, we will offer you a discounted rate for the repair and send the macbook back.
