The type of screen fault on a MacBook Pro is glass damage. The glass cover that is on top of the LCD screen usually takes most of the damage and cracks with impact.

The glass screen cover is actually one piece of thin glass, sandwiched between two layers that are glued. This means that when your glass breaks, little pieces typically will not fly everywhere  (for safety), but rather, the screen will "spider-web" with cracks showing up all over.

In the past years we have replaced tens of Macbook Pro and MacBook Air Screen.

Initially we outsource parts from Australia first if available in order to do a fast job.

Also, we change the screen nappes for better transfer of the signal.

We repalce front bezel and panel assembly (replacement for original glass panel)
for the 13" 15" and 17" Macbook Pro models.
Note that the replacementpart,  not an original part. Apple does not sell the Glass for these units. This replacement is a true screen replacement that once installed will have the same quality and look as the original glass. The glass replacement includes pre-attached adhesive strips.
